The boys U10 Blue team rolled through pool play, outscoring their opponents 9-0 in three games. The boys got off to a strong start, beating Twin Falls Rapids 3-0 on Saturday. The Sunday morning game was even more sweet as Rush took a 5-0 halftime lead over league rival Nationals-Rochdale and never looked back, winning 6-0 to clinch a spot in the afternoon finals. The final ended regular time tied at 0-0, pushing the two teams into overtime. With 5 minutes gone, Ethan Hurt gained the endline before sliding the ball back to the top of the penalty area, where Nick Liebich drilled a left-footed shot into the right-hand corner for a 1-0 win.

Girls U10 Idaho Rush-Attack  U9/U10 Girls Puma Premier Division  CHAMPIONS
The surprise of the tournament had to be the success of the Select program's Idaho Rush-Attack, coached by Tod Rasmussen. The U9 Attack team played in a combined U9/U10 division and won three of their four games. Attack started on the right foot with a 4-2 win over Nationals-Dynamo Soundcrew Friday evening, then followed up with a pair of wins Saturday, 2-1 over the Idaho Rush-Matildas (another Select U9 team) and 3-2 over Twin Falls Rapids. Attack faced Nova-Roughnecks Sunday morning with a tournament title on the line. The girls needed only a draw to seal the win, and a 1-1 draw is exactly what they got. Attack will carry their momentum forward into the Spring Select Classic as the top seed this weekend.

Girls U11-White  U11 Girls Puma Premier Division  CHAMPIONS
The White team got a much-needed morale boost by cruising through the tournament schedule with an unblemished 4-0 record. Rush has struggled in the spring season, but rallied to post their best showing of the year. The girls started with a 4-1 win over Nova-Black on Friday before getting a 6-1 win over Jackson Hole on Saturday. A 3-1 win over Nationals-Flamengo Sunday morning sealed their spot in the final, where they took on Nampa Select Pumas. Rush won a seven-goal frenzy 4-3.

Girls U12-Black U12 Girls Puma Elite 11v11 Division CHAMPIONS
The girls normally play 9v9 in league play, but with reinforcements from other Rush teams they competed in the 11v11 division for a change of pace. The change seemed to suit them as they won a series of tight games. Friday evening provided a glimpse of what was to come with a 0-0 draw with Nova-White. Black found their shooting boots on Saturday morning with a 3-0 win over Avalanche of Utah, but the tight matches returned that afternoon with a 1-0 win over Legacy Football of Nevada. The two wins and a draw were enough to earn a rematch with Nova-White in the final, another close win at 2-1.
